As an alternative to inputting exercise data, the Module has a metronome (step counter) that is accessed by selecting “Monitor Exercise” on the “Options” screen. As it is used, the number of steps and exercise duration is displayed. When these data are submitted, a screen showing distance walked, exercise time, average speed and calories burned are displayed and automatically stored in your diary.
