You can input weight, exercise or meal information either at the website or on your mobile app. The website also provides a means to edit erroneous diary data or add missing diary data. The website is also convenient for entering diary data at days end for days where using the mobile is not possible. Finally, the web app makes the Type II Diabetes Prevention Module available to those without smart phones.

The “Reminder Screen” will provide you reminders of any missing diary entries as shown. If you’d like to fill in the indicated missing diary data, simply select “Yes” to Add Record. You will be taken to the proper diary for input of data.
